DOMESTIC SHIPPING - U.S.
United States shipping is done through U.S.P.S. with the below shipping options:
*Standard Priority Mail 3-6 Business Days
*Express Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days
*Assuming inventory eligibility.
When placing an order of $150 or more, O.N.S will waive U.S. domestic standard shipping costs.

Reduce some carbon footprint, we offer in-store pick up for online orders. If you are in NYC, you can select to pick up your order at our pop-up location.
We ship internationally through UPS and DHL within 5-7 business days, not including foreign custom processing. Duty and import taxes are determined by the local authorities. These additional costs are responsibility of the recipient.
We offer an option of complimentary international shipping for orders over $300. Please note additional fees charged by local authorities are still responsibility of the recipient or person who made the purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out our Return Form here, or contact us at, email@example.com if you have any questions. A customer service representative will respond within two business days and provide clear instructions to follow.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags intact to be accepted for a refund.
Anything purchased at 50% off is Final Sale.
END OF SEASON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL PURCHASES MADE ON SAMPLE SALE ARE FINAL. (NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS).
To receive a full refund, the return package must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date it was shipped.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. (This applies to both full priced and sale merchandise).
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Any order placed between November 21st - December 25th can be returned until January 8, 2020. Items purchased at 50% off can only be exchanged. No price adjustments will be made on past purchases.
If a customer receives a promo code or discount after a purchase is made, no price adjustments will be made to past purchases. The discount can only be applied to future orders. This applies to online and in-store orders.
RETURNING A GIFT
If you receive a gift and would like to return it, you may opt for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt date. If the gift was originally purchased in store, but you need to return via postal service. Please call the location to make further arrangements.
GIFT CARD POLICY
- Can be used In-store or Online.
- Can be used on all O.N.S collection items unless otherwise specified.
- Cannot be used for 3rd party products.
- Applies to full priced or marked down items (Priced as Listed on website).
- Additional discount codes cannot be applied to this gift card.
- All sales are final.
- Any orders attempting to use a discount codes will be voided.
