Gift Card Policy

We're glad to announce, we now offer O.N.S gift cards online and in-stores.

See below information about our policies and procedures when buying and redeeming O.N.S gift cards:

• Gift cards can be used in-store and online.
• They cannot be used as a payment method to buy another gift card. 
• They are non-refundable.
• Additional discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
• No additional fees or expiration dates apply.

• Gift cards purchased online will be e-mailed to the recipient.

• If a physical card is needed, the purchase must be made in-store. (For more information about O.N.S retail locations please visit here).

If you received a gift card through a Giveaway or any other marketing gifting initiative, please refer to this policy.
